Booking:

To pay your deposit and book your party, you must fill out the party form.

Once your form is completed, the reservations specialist will reach out to let you know if the dates you have selected are available.

Please note: Parties are booked TUESDAY-FRIDAY. We will try to reach out within 48 business hours. Depending on the number of applications, this may take longer. (if you put in an application after 12pm on a Friday, you will receive a call on the following Tuesday-Wednesday)

Once your party is booked, you will receive an email confirmation that will include everything you need to know about your party. If you have any questions regarding your party, you can simply reply to the email or call our front desk to speak with the Reservations Specialist.

You will receive a reminder email on the Thursday before your party, please verify that all of your information is correct.

On the day of your party:

Arrival/Playtime:

You will need to arrive at the time that you have selected, we do not accept early entry. Upon arrival, your host will walk you to your room and begin helping you set up all of the food and decorations that you have provided.

As guests arrive, at the time selected, they will be prompted to drop off their gifts on a cart and head into the museum to play.

Party Time:

Once your party has reached the hour mark, we will make an announcement to wish you child a happy birthday and ask that all guests head to the room to celebrate.

Your Host will lead everyone in singing “Happy Birthday”, as well as cutting and passing out the cake. They will also help with handing your child’s presents to them, if you wish to have them open them during the party.

End of the Party

Once your party has ended, your host will begin packing everything up onto a cart for you, and begin cleaning up your room to reset it for the next party.

At this point you will need to head to the front desk to settle any remaining balances on your party. You will have the option to tip your party host at this point as well!

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How far in advanced do I have to book my party?
A: All parties must be booked two weeks in advanced! I.e., if you are applying for a party, we will not be able to book you for the upcoming weekend or the one after that.
Q: Can I call instead of applying online?
A: The short answer is no, you unfortunately cannot. The long answer is that in order to book your party, we need the information that you provide in your application. Online applications have priority for dates in the order of which they are put in. So, the sooner you apply, the better!
Q: I put in my application, what next?
A: Parties are booked TUESDAY-FRIDAY. We will try to reach out within 48 business hours. Depending on the number of applications, this may take longer. (if you put in an application after 12pm on a Friday, you will receive a call on the following Tuesday-Wednesday)
Q: Can I show up early to my party to decorate?
A: You and your party guests do not need to arrive until your scheduled time. At this point we will bring you to the room to decorate, and send your guests off to play! (For more detailed information, read the “Next Steps” dropdown above)
Q: Who is included in the guest count:
A: Only the people whom you are inviting to your party. The Birthday Child, their guardians, and siblings, are NOT included in the guest count.
