The Children's Museum of Acadiana, Inc. (CMA) is a private non-profit, educationally based museum that currently serves over 36 parishes in central and south Louisiana. The museum's philosophy is that children learn best through hands-on experiences. At the Children's Museum, students learn information they need to be successful in the classroom and in the community. The Children's Museum of Acadiana is the only museum of its kind in Southwest Louisiana.
The museum offers sponsored admissions to disadvantaged youth through the Museum Admissions Program (M.A.P.). The CMA would like you to join others through out Acadiana who are becoming M.A.P. sponsors. It costs $5.00 to send one child to the museum on a field trip.
