During this special Artwalk, selected works from the 2008 Heymann Historic Ceiling Tile Exhibit and The Art of ReUSE:  Works from the Bizzuka Reuseum Artist Collective will be on display.  The 2008 Heymann Historic Ceiling Tile Exhibit originally featured nearly 70 works created by local and national artists using vintage 24" x 24" ceiling tiles salvaged from the old Heymann Department Store.  More than twenty pieces from that collection will be on display at the museum, including works by Rick Begneaud, Bhi C. Wooley, Jon Schooler, Mary Gute Morgan, Donald LeBlanc, Jean Rosen, Jo Breakfield, James Tancill, and Jebbye Moreaux.  In addition the CMA has also recently opened the Art of ReUSE exhibit including more than 80 local artists who created works incorporating salvaged or reused materials.  Works from both collections will be available for sale to benefit the arts and education programs of the Children's Museum of Acadiana.
